Against food waste
Made from surplus grapes
Handmade in the UK
Foxhole Spirits specializes in the production of premium spirits from otherwise unused raw materials. The latest product, Hyke Gin, was introduced in cooperation with a large fruit importer and is expected to process 100% of its surplus of table grapes.
Grape brandy is the basis for Hyke Gin, whereby the brandy is made from fruits from Africa and South America, which can not be sold in retail stores. Inspired by the aromas of African and South American grape varieties such as coriander, myrrh and rooibos, the products are handmade in England.
The brand aims to show that luxury can arise from by-products and surpluses. This is not only important for the beverage industry but should moreover serve as stimulation and inspiration in a variety of industries. Foxhole supports "The Felix Project", a charity that distributes unsold but usable food to those in need.
