Food & Drink Infographics is a visual guide to culinary delights by Simone Klabin and Julius Wiedemann

Have you ever wondered how many types of cheese there are and where they come from? Or which knife is suitable for which purpose and how exactly the production of coffee looks like? Do you know when a martini is really bone dry? Food & Drink Infographics answers all of these questions in a visual and humorous way. From history to food and kitchen as well as utensils and drinks, everything is covered in this somewhat different cookbook.

Food for thought

Well presented, eating is known to be the most fun. But we do not always understand what we are actually dealing with regarding the different ingredients and flavors. The graphics in this book answer pretty much every culinary question in a simple and very original way. Did you know, for example, that there are a total of 12 different types of eggplants and that they all belong to the fruit family, not vegetables?

Start an informative picture journey through the culinary world

The world of food and gastronomy can be relived with ironic ease through colorful and informative images. Which glass is used for which drink and how do you drink it correctly in order to develop the full taste? Food groups, recipes and a variety of practical tips for those who love to experiment. From everyday information as well as tips for more exotic questions such as how a microwave works and what goes on in your refrigerator. You will find everything you need to know about food and drinks in the book Food & Drink Infographics.
