Ingredients (1 serving)
- 30 ml gin
- 45 ml water
- ¼ honeydew melon
- 3 tbsp melon syrup
- 5 cucumber slices
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 4-5 ice cubes or crushed ice
Preparation
Bring water and sugar to a boil in a small pan. Remove from heat after 30 seconds and let cool. Cut small balls out of the melon while cooling. Then mix the sugar and water with the melon in the mixer to a smooth mass. Place these with 2 mint leaves in a cocktail shaker and shake. Then add the gin and syrup, shake again and pour the cocktail into a glass with ice. Decorate with cucumber and mint - the perfect appetizer is ready.
2. Lillet Citrosé
After Aperol headed the Hall of Fame for aperitifs for a long time, here comes a worthy Parisian-style comrade: Lillet. Consisting of fine wines from Bordeaux and natural macerates of exotic citrus fruits, Lillet tastes fruity and refreshing. Especially summery: Lillet Rosé with lemon.

Ingredients (1 serving)
- 5 ml gin
- 35 ml tonic
- 20 g frozen raspberries
- 15 ml water
- Juice of one lime
- ¼ tbsp sugar
Preparation
Heat the water, lime juice and sugar over medium heat and simmer for about 1-2 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Then let it cool down and add the gin and tonic. The mixture can then rest briefly while the raspberries are crushed in a sealable bag. Put 1 tablespoon of each of the raspberries in an ice cream mold, pour the gin and tonic mixture over them and leave to rest for at least 6 hours. The refreshing all-rounder is ready and scores both as an aperitif and as a desert.

As sweet as the Dolce Vita is, the certain bitterness must not be missing from its cocktails. The perfect example: Negroni. The Italian cocktail has been convincing with its simple elegance since 1919. The international Negroni Week is celebrated annually as a tribute to the oldest cocktail evergreen. - 1 orange zest
- 3 cl red wormwood
- 4 ice cubes
- 3cl Campari
Preparation
Put ice in a tumbler and add gin, wormwood and campari. Pay attention to the exact mixing ratio to avoid an overly pronounced bitter note. Then garnish with an orange zest and enjoy.

Ingredients (2-3 servings)
- 3 white peaches
- 3 tbsp tequila
- 1 tbsp triple sec
- 1 TL honey
- 3 sprigs of mint
- 1 Lime
Preparation
Roughly cut 2 peaches and put one aside for decoration. Mix the sliced peaches with tequila, triple sec, honey and the juice of the lime in a blender until they are smooth. Then a little water can be added if the consistency does not seem soft enough. Finally, just fill glasses with ice, add margarita and garnish with peach slices and mint.
