Yoga has a centuries-old tradition and is constantly evolving to this day. Worldwide there are more than 100 different species. However, the 10 species are the basic foundation of all yoga types.
Further, the origin of all traditions is in Vedic scriptures and in the holy scripture Bhagavadgita. Yoga offers a great variety of different intensities. Bikram, Hatha or Ashtange, whether sophisticated athletic or spiritually meditative anyone can find the right kind for themselves.
According to the objective and preference order Yoga supports self-discovery and leads to inner balance and physical awareness. In addition, decisions can be made more consciously and conflict situations can be better solved.
It does not always have to be a two-hour session. Even after only ten minutes, the body and mind are already feeling changed.
