  • 30 ml gin
  • 45 ml water
  • ¼ honeydew melon
  • 3 tbsp melon syrup
  • 5 cucumber slices
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 4-5 ice cubes or crushed ice

Preparation

Bring water and sugar to a boil in a small pan. Remove from heat after 30 seconds and let cool. Cut small balls out of the melon while cooling. Then mix the sugar and water with the melon in the mixer to a smooth mass. Place these with 2 mint leaves in a cocktail shaker and shake. Then add the gin and syrup, shake again and pour the cocktail into a glass with ice. Decorate with cucumber and mint - the perfect appetizer is ready.
